Regular Cleaning
The visit that keeps a house from getting away from you. Weekly, every other week, or monthly, following the same checklist so the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and floors all get handled every single time. Most customers hand us a door code and go about their day. What frequency you need depends more on pets and household size than square footage, and we'll tell you honestly which one fits.
Deep Cleaning
Where a regular visit maintains, this one resets. We pull apart the buildup a weekly wipe-down never touches: cooked-on film above the range, mineral scale on glass and fixtures from North Texas water, dust packed into vents, fans, and baseboards. Budget two to three times a normal visit. It's the one customers tell us they should have booked a year earlier.
Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning
An empty house is the only time every shelf, drawer, and corner is actually reachable, so this is a different job than cleaning around furniture. We handle cabinet interiors, appliances, closets, blinds, and window tracks, finishing with floors. Landlords and property managers in this area check a predictable list of things, and we clean to it. Say the word "deposit" when you book and we'll treat it accordingly.

Questions We Get a Lot
What does a cleaning cost?
Three things set the price: square footage, bathroom count, and how recently the house was last cleaned. Bathrooms move the number more than bedrooms, and pets add time. Pricing varies slightly by city, so check your city page or call for a real quote. Estimates are free and we never bill for the drive.
What happens if the clean isn't right?
Call within 24 hours and we redo it free. You won't be asked to prove anything or accept credit toward a future visit. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
How does the free add-on work?
Tell us which one you want when you book your first clean: oven interior, fridge interior, interior windows, or baseboards. That's it. No minimum spend and you're not signing up for anything.
Do you clean in cities you don't list?
Sometimes. The four cities above are where our teams are based, and we take work in surrounding areas when the drive makes sense. Call and ask about yours before assuming we can't.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most regulars leave a code or a key. If you'd rather be home, no problem, just tell us so we plan around your day.
Am I signing a contract?
Never. No agreement, no minimum number of visits, no fee for stopping. Recurring service is a spot on the schedule, and you can change or drop it whenever.
Who supplies the products?
We do, all of it. If you'd rather we use something specific on hardwood, marble, or another surface you're protective of, set it out and mention it, and we'll use yours.
How far out are you booking?
Usually a few days for a standard clean. Deep cleans and move-outs need a longer block on the calendar, so give us more notice if you're working against a closing date or lease deadline.
